纤维支气管镜检查术后发热的临床表现及特点

目的评价纤维支气管镜术（纤支镜）后发热的发生率和临床特点。方法前瞻性地观察和分析了从2005年2月至2007年8月呼吸科住院患者纤支镜术后发热的临床表现。结果153例住院行纤支镜检查患者,28例（18%）患者出现了术后发热,其中23例（15%）患者未经处理,体温在24h内降至正常,另4例发热持续3~5d,给予对症处理。平均术后开始发热时间（3.3±1.6h）,平均发热持续时间（9.6±5.7h）。术后发热和不发热患者纤支镜术后外周血中性粒细胞计数均显著高于术前（P均〈0.01）,但发热患者术后外周中性粒细胞升高比不发热患者更明显（P均〈0.01）。结论纤支镜术后短期发热是一比较常见的术后并发症,无需特殊处理治疗。

A prospective study of clinical characteristics of fever after flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy

Objective To assess the incidence and clinical characteristica of fever after fiberoptic bronchoscopt （FOB）. Methods Between Feb 2004 and Aug 2007, the clinical characteristics of fever in immunocompetent and hospitalized patients undergoing FOB were prospectively studied. Results One hundred and seventy-two hospitalized patients underwent FOB in this period, and 28 cases （ 18 % ） developed fever follQwing FOB ; in 23 （ 15 % ） the fever subsided within 24 h with a mean fever onset time of （ 3. 3 ± 1.6） h and mean fever duration of （9. 8 ± 5.7 ）h. There were significant increases in neutrophil counts in the peripheral blood at 6 h after FOB compared to levels prior to FOB （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）, but the numbers of leukocytes and neutrophils in patients with fever were significantly higher than those in patients without fever（ all p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Fever after FOB occurs relatively frequently but transiently in immmuncompetent adults. No special treatment is needed.
