| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立以高效液相色谱法测定人血清中氢溴酸右美沙芬浓度的方法。方法 :色谱柱为HiQsilC18(4 6mm×150mm ,5μm ) ,流动相为乙腈 -水 -乙酸 (35∶63∶2 ,V/V/V),荧光检测激发波长和发射波长分别为280、320nm ,内标为卡维地洛。结果 :氢溴酸右美沙芬检测浓度的线性范围为0 27～21 90ng/ml,回归方程为Y=0 1197X +0 0086 ,r=0 9986 ;血清中回收率较高。结论 :本方法准确、快速、简便,可用于人血清中氢溴酸右美沙芬浓度的测定。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of concentration of dextromethorphan hydrobroˉmide in human serum.METHODS:The assay was conducted on HiQsil C 18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(35∶63∶2,V/V/V)as mobile phase.The fluorescence detector measured with the excitation wavelength of280nm and the emission wavelength of320nm,and carvedilol was taken as internal standard.RESULTS:The linear range of calibration curve of dextromethorphan hydrobromide was0.27～21.90ng/ml with a regressive equation of Y=0.1197X+0.0086,r=0.9986.The recovery was high.CONCLUSION:This method is accurate,rapid and simple,and can be used for deˉtermining the concentration of dextromethorphan hydrobromide in human serum. |
