| 摘 要： | 本文对２５耳小儿胆脂瘤性中耳炎作了手术，术后随访５年以上，其中乳突根治术１４耳，开放式鼓室成形术３耳，闭合式鼓室成形术８耳中胆瘤再发率为５０％，着重讨论了小儿胆脂瘤性中耳炎的特点。

| Abstract: | children with cholesteamatous otitis media:were operated. All of patients have been followed up more than 5 years. Radical mastoidectomy were performed for 14 ears(modified mastoidectomy for 6 ears). Open tympanoplasty for 3 ears and close tympanoplasty for 8 ears. 4 ears recured among 8 ears (recurrent rate 50%). The feafures of pediafric cholesteatomatous otitis media were disscused emphatically |
