| 摘 要： | 目的评价带皮神经股前外筋膜皮瓣修复膝周皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2011年1月～2012年8月应用带皮神经股前外筋膜皮瓣修复膝周皮肤软组织缺损6例。结果全部皮瓣完全存活,随访6个月以上,皮瓣外观良好,受区感觉恢复。结论带皮神经股前外筋膜皮瓣修复膝周皮肤软组织缺损具有成活率高、操作简便、受区有感觉等优点,是修复膝周皮肤软组织缺损的一种较好的方法。
