| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血尿酸（SUA）与代谢综合征（MS）的关系。方法对某港口247例查体职工血尿酸与代谢综合征的发生情况进行调查，并对二者之间的关系进行分析。根据高尿酸水平将247例患者分为高尿酸血症纽54例和血尿酸正常纽193例。结果高尿酸血症组血压、体质指数、总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平和空腹血糖均高于血尿酸正常组（P〈0．05），而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）水平低于血尿酸正常组（P〈0．05）；代谢综合征组分值与血尿酸水平相关。结论高尿酸血症是代谢综合征发病的独立危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)level and metabolism syndrome(MS).Methods Probing the body checking data of 344 cases from an unit and analyzing the relationship between serum uric acid level and metabolism syndrome.Results The levels of BMI,TC,LDL-C and TG were higher in MS group than in the control group.On the contrary,the level of HDL-C was lower.Metabolism syndrome iS related to the level of SUA.Conclusion High serum uric acid(HUA)is an independent risk factor for metabolism syndrome MS. |
