| 摘 要： | 对209例急性心肌梗塞患者（AMI）进行分析，其中有高血压占60．8％，血压正常的39．2％，前者死亡率为后者的1．93倍。AMI高血压组的首发症状复杂，并发症和夹杂病发生率高。

| Abstract: | One hundred and twenty-scven cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)in patients with essential hypertension were analyzed with a cohort of 82 cases of AMI patients without hypertension as controls. The prevalence of AMI complicated with hypertension was 60. 8 %. The mortality rate elevated obviously in the hypertensives group and was 1. 93 times that of the latter. The initial symptoms of AMI in essential hypertension were more cornplex and the occurrence rate of complications was higher. |
