支气管肺炎患儿血清免疫球蛋白和补体检测及其意义

目的检测支气管肺炎患儿的血清免疫球蛋白、补体水平,探讨其免疫功能状况,为调整治疗方案提供依据。方法选择确诊为支气管肺炎的住院患儿40例作为患儿组,保健科体检的健康儿童30例作为健康对照组,分别采静脉血2mL,分离血清,采用散射比浊法进行血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4的水平测定。结果支气管肺炎患儿的IgG、IgA水平明显低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.001),IgM、C3含量低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),C4与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论支气管肺炎患儿的血清免疫球蛋白及补体浓度明显减少,提示支气管肺炎患儿存在免疫功能低下,对进一步探讨其变化与疾病的关系,以及对治疗起指导作用。

Clinical significance of serum immunoglobulin and complement levels in pediatric patients with pneumonia

Objective To investigate the serum immunoglobulin and complement levels in pediatric patients with pneumonia to provide the basis for the treatment optimization.Methods Forty hospitalized pediatric pneumonia patients in our hospital were chosen as study group;30 healthy children who were undergone routine health examination were included in the study as control group.2 mL of whole blood was drawn from each child in both groups,and sera were collected according to routine clinical laboratory protocols.Immunoturbidity method was utilized for detectingserum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C3 and C4.Results The serum immunoglobulin IgG and IgA levels in the patients were significantly lower than those of controls（P0.001）.The serum IgM and complement C3 were much lower than those of control as well（P0.05）.We did not see significant change in C4 level between patient group and the control＇s（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum immunoglobulins and complement C3 levels are significantly reduced in pediatric patients during the course of pneumonia.This indicates that the immune activity is reduced or defected in the illed children with pneumonia.This finding will be useful in understanding the pathophysiology of the disease and in the optimization of pediatric pneumonia treatment.
