146人同/双性接触者性传播感染相关血清学检测

目的 对同／双性接触者进行相关血清学检测，以了解该人群的性传播感染情况。方法对146人同／双性接触者进行人口学资料、性行为和性生活方式等的调查，取血清进行人免疫缺陷病毒、梅毒螺旋体、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)2型，乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒和戊型肝炎病毒检测。结果确诊艾滋病2例。梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验阳性23例占15．75％，其中快速血浆反应素试验阳性16例占10．96％。抗HSV-2-IgG和抗HSV-2-IgM、HBsAg、抗-HE-V和抗-HEV阳性率分别为7．53％、8．22％、1．37％和2．05％。结论同／双性接触者中有一定程度的性传播感染血清阳性率，应重视对该人群的性病艾滋病的防治工作。

Serological detection of 146 homosexuality and bisexuality persons

Objective To investigate the serological screening for sexually transmitted infections (STI) in homosexuality and bisexuality persons.Methods The demology information,sex behavior and sex life style in 146 homosexuality and bisexuality persons were investigated.Serum specimens were taken to detect antibodies against HIV,syphilis,herpes simplexvirus (HSV)-2,hepatitis C virus,and hepatitis E virus as well as HBsAg.Results 2 AIDS were identified among 146 serum specimens.TPPA was positive in 23 cases (15.75%),in which RPR was positive in 16 cases (10.96%).The positive rates of anti-HSV-2-IgG and anti-HSV-2-IgM were 4.79% and 2.73%,and the positive rates of antibodies against hepatitis C virus,hepatitis E virus and HBsAg were 1.37%,2.05 and 8.22% respectively.Conclusion STIs are identified in the persons who have homosexuality and bisexuality.It should be paid much attention to the preventive procedure for the population.
