外科手术切口感染的非生物因素调查

目的探讨外科手术切口感染的非生物因素，减少切口感染的发生率。方法回顾性调查外科手术病例1648份。对非生物因素如营养状况、麻醉方式、切口缝合技术等进行统计分析。结果经调查发现手术切口感染的发生与患者营养状况、手术的麻醉方式、缝合技术以及病室环境有密切关系。结论外科手术切口感染除与生物因素有关外。与患者的非生物因素亦有密切关系，应引起外科医生的高度重视。

Investigation of the Non-biological Factors in Infection of the Surgical Incision

Objective To discuss the non-biological factors in in fection of the surgical incision so as t o decrease the incidence.Methods A retrospective in vestigation was given to 1648 cases of s urgical operations,and a statistical ana lysis was given to the non-biological fa ctors,such as:the state of nutrition,ane sthesia ways,incision suture and so on.Results The incidence of i ncision infections was closely related t o the state of nutrition of the patients ,anesthesia ways,suture and the ward env ironment.Conclusions Incision infec tion is related to the non-biological fa ctors,which should be highly attended by surgeons.
