| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄虎痹克颗粒荆治疗类风湿性关节炎证属中医湿热痹型的临床疗效。方法将203例患者随机分为两组，治疗组（115例）口服黄虎痹克颗粒荆，对照组（88例）口服甲氨蝶呤，疗程均为35周。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87．83％和67．05％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论黄虎痹克颗粒剂治疗类风湿性关节炎证属中医湿热痹型效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huanghubike Granule in treating rheumatoid arthritic TCM wetness-heat syndrome. Methods 203 patients exhibiting the above mentioned syndrome were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group (115 cases) received orally Huanghubike Granule while the control group (88 cases) took orally methotrexate (MTX).The curative effect for both groups was observed after 35 weeks of treatment.Results Total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87.83%and 67.05%respectively,and therefore presented significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Huanghubike Granule is highly effective in treating rheumatoid arthritic TCM wetness-heat syndrome. |
