| 摘 要： | 患者女,46岁.因上腹部胀痛3月,加重3天入院.发病以来无恶心呕吐、发热、呕血、黑便等.患者既往体健,无糖尿病、高血压及乙肝病史,入院实验室检查:CEA为1.14 ng/mL,AFP<0.500 IU/mL,CA-50为6.68 U/ mL,CA19-9为42.31 U/mL,糖类抗原为121.5 U/mL,铁蛋白为185.98 ng/mL,糖原蛋白为25.60 U/mL.
