某院250例药品不良反应报告分析

目的 了解、分析本院药品不良反应发生(ADR)的规律与特点,促进临床合理用药.方法 对本院2010～2011年收集上报的250例ADR报告分别从患者的性别、年龄、给药途径、ADR涉及药品种类、抗感染药物类别、涉及器官或系统以及具体临床表现等方面进行回顾性统计分析.结果 250例ADR中,男性患者较多(占56.8％)；静脉给药方式引发的ADR最多(占72.8％)；引起ADR的抗感染药物最多(156例,62.4％),以头孢菌素居多(94例,60.26％)；ADR涉及系统以皮肤及附件损害最常见(174例,占69.6％)结论 应加强ADR监测,确保临床安全、有效、合理用药.

Analysis of 250 ADR Case Reports in A Hospital

Objective To investigate characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in the hospital,so as to promote the rational application of drugs.Methods A total of 250 ADR case reports collected in the hospital in 2010~2011 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of patients’ sex and age,routs of administration,kinds of drug,categories of antibiotics,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations etc.Results Among the 250 cases of ADR,there were significantly more male patients than female(56.8%);ADR initiated by intravenous dripping occupied the highest probability with 72.8%;62.4%(156 cases) of the ADR cases were induced by antibiotics,mainly cephalosporin with 60.26%(94 cases).The ADR were chiefly characterized by the lesions of skin and appendages(174 cases,69.6%).Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened to ensure safe,effective,and rational application of drugs in the clinic.
