一例参麦注射液不良反应分析

目的 分析本院上报的1例参麦注射液不良反应的主要临床表现及发生机制.方法 采用回顾性研究方法,对本院2012年1月上报的1例参麦注射液病例报告进行归纳分析.结果 该患者应用参麦注射液后均出现不同程度的胸闷、心悸、恶心欲呕等临床不良反应症状.结论 建议医师严格掌握参麦注射液适应证及可能出现的不良反应症状,用药前注意询问过敏史,严格掌握剂量静滴速度,尽量减少、避免不必要的联合用药,从而避免不良反应的发生.

Adverse Reaction of Shenmai Injection: Analysis of 1 Case

Objective Analysis the main clinical manifestations and occurrence mechanism of one cases of adverse drug reactions by our hospital report.Methods Using the method of retrospective study,To inductive analysis the cases of Shenmai injection by our hospital report in January,2012.Results the patients to be the clinical adverse symptoms as chest tightness,palpitations,nausea and vomiting and so on after using Shenmai Injection.Conclusion Advice the physicians to control Strictly the indications and possible adverse reactions,Enquire allergy history before treatment,Control Strictly the dose intravenous and drip speed,Avoid the not necessary combined medication,Thus to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
