摘    要:目的通过小动物活体成像系统观察带有荧光标记的肿瘤细胞在裸鼠体内的生长变化,以快速评价药物的抗肿瘤效果。方法裸鼠皮下接种HepG2-Luc+肿瘤细胞,设为模型对照组,吉非替尼组(100 mg/kg)、环磷酰胺组(30 mg/kg)、Copen酸组(100 mg/kg)。观察HepG2-Luc+肿瘤细胞在不同组别中的生长情况。结果与模型对照组的荧光值相比吉非替尼组和环磷酰胺组均有明显的减少,与Copen酸组相比未见明显差异。结论小动物活体成像技术可能成为抗肿瘤药物快速、有效的筛选和评价方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the growth and changes of tumor cell of luciferase in the nude mice by small animal imaging technology,so as to quickly evaluate the antitumor effect of drug.Methods Nude mice inoculated with HepG2-Luc+tumor cells,were set to the model control group,gefitinib group(100 mg/kg),cyclophosphamide group(30 mg/kg),copen acid group(100 mg/kg).The growth of HepG2-Luc+tumor cells were observed in different groups.Results Compared with mice in the model group,the fluorescence value in mice of gefitinib group and the cyclophosphamide group were significantly reduced,but copen acid was no significant difference.Conclusion The small animal imaging technology can be expected to be used as a rapid and effective method for evaluating the efficacy of antitumor drugs.
