| 摘 要： | 卵巢反应不良常导致获卵数减少,并造成治疗周期的取消和低妊娠率,最终影响辅助生殖助孕的治疗结局。目前卵巢反应不良的处理方式主要有：调整外源性促性腺激素的使用、促排卵方案的改良和添加辅助药物等。

| Abstract: | Poor ovarian response always leads to the reduction in the number of oocytes,and is associated with high cycle cancellation and diminished pregnancy.At present the treatment options of poor response are: adjusting the protocols of Gn,improving the program of control ovarian stimulation,addition of ancillary drug and so on. |
