| 摘 要： | 目的：观察牵引结合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效性。方法：将197例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组观察组,对照组94例采用仰卧硬板床、牵引、骨折部位垫厚枕、口服补钙剂;观察组103例在对照组基础上结合中药外敷。结果：观察组在缓解局部疼痛、促进活动恢复及缩短平均住院天数等方面都显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：牵引结合中药外敷是治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效方法。
