| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维超声成像在诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法对53例14-40周胎儿畸形进行常规二维超声检查,及经腹三维容积探头采用表面成像、透明成像、多平面成像模式三维成像。结果①胎儿畸形53例其中常见畸形为神经系统、心血管系统、颌面部位及多发畸形。②实时三维超声表面成像可直观反映胎儿体表结构的表面细微特征、立体形态及相互间的位置关系,并实现了对胎儿运动的立体图像的实时观察,提高了其诊断的准确性;透明成像模式则能成功显示胎儿体内的骨性结构;多平面成像模式则可对感兴趣区进行多角度的观察。结论实时三维超声的成像技术可弥补二维超声的不足,可提高胎儿畸形的诊断水平。
