| 摘 要： | 促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRHa）为治疗子宫内膜异位症（EM）的常用药物之一。EM可多方面对女性生育力产生不利影响,而GnRHa可通过改善EM患者腹腔及卵泡微环境、提高子宫内膜容受性及改善输卵管功能等作用提高EM相关不孕患者生育力,并在联合腹腔镜手术及辅助生殖技术（ART）治疗改善EM不孕患者妊娠结局中具有一定价值。
