贵金属烤瓷与镍铬合金烤瓷临床效果比较

目的比较贵金属烤瓷牙冠与镍铬合金烤瓷牙冠的临床修复效果。方法 56例患者制作贵金属烤瓷牙182颗,另56例患者制作镍铬合金烤瓷牙193颗,比较修复后即刻及完成后6个月、3年时修复体的完整性、固位、颜色、颈缘以及牙龈情况。结果贵金属烤瓷修复体3年随访中,其牙冠完整性与表面颜色、牙龈颜色与健康状况表现为优的比例分别为96.7%、93.4%、95.1%、94.5%,明显高于镍铬合金组(88.1%、86.5%、82.9%、86.0%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论贵金属烤瓷冠在生物相容性、美学方面明显优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠。

Effect Comparison of Precious Porcelain and Ni-Cr Alloy Porcelain

Objective To compare clinical restoration effect of the precious metal porcelain and Ni-Cr alloy-porcelain. Methods A total of 182 precious porcelain teeth from 55 patients were restored. The other 193 nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain teeth from 56 patients were restored. They were examined in integrity, retention, shade, cervical margin, and gingival health, immediately, 6 months and 3 years after the restoration. Resttlts The proportion of superior performance in the integrity and surface color of the dental crown, the color and the health status of the gum were 96.7%, 93.4%, 95.1% and 94.5%, respectively, in the precious porcelain group 3 years after the restoration, they were significantly higher than those in the nickel-chromium alloy group（ 88.1%, 86.5%, 82.9% and 86.0%, respectively）, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Precious porcelain was better than Ni-Cr alloy porcelain in biocompatibility and aesthetics.
