| 摘 要： | 目的探讨通心络联合阿司匹林应用对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血液流变学的影响及其疗效。方法对141例短暂性脑缺血发作病人应用通心络联合阿司匹林治疗,另有135例病人应用丹参联合脉络宁治疗,用血液流变学、血脂检查结果评价两组的血液流变学改变和治疗效果。结果通心络联合阿司匹林治疗组的血液流变学的各项指标治疗后均明显好转,优于对照组,并且短暂性脑缺血发作的症状好转,也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络联合阿司匹林应用对短暂性脑缺血发作患者疗效显著,尤其对血液流变学影响明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectofthe hemorheology,blood lipid and clinical symptom in treating to transient ischemic attack(TIA),using Tongxin Luo and Aspirine.Methods 141 patients of TIA in the treated group treated with Tongxinluo and Aspirine. and 135 patients in the control group treated with Dansen and Mailuo ning.Results The effect of the treated group is more better than the compard group (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the Tongxinluo and Aspirine is very effective.Conclusion The treatment of Tongxinluo and Asprine was useful to TIA,especial to hemorheology. |
