论市场经济条件下医德修养主体的价值取向

医德修养主体的价值取向，是其医德价值观念、价值理想和价值标准的集中体现，决定着医德修养的方向与成效。在社会主义市场经济条件下，医务工作者作为医德修养的主体，应当在弘扬中国优秀传统伦理文化的基础上，构建有中国特色的社会主义医德价值观念，并从点滴着手养成。在价值观念取向上，以集体为本位；在价值理想取向上，追求着、善、美的统一；在价值标准取向上，有利于提高人的生命质量；在现实价值目标取向上，解决立身做人的问题。
