摘    要:目的GC-MS联用技术比较水蒸气蒸馏法提取薄荷挥发油和薄荷顶空气体的化学成分及相对含量。方法采用传统的水蒸气蒸馏法提取薄荷挥发油和薄荷药材顶空加热提取挥发性成分,并应用GC-MS联用技术分析鉴定两种提取方法的挥发性成分。结果两种提取方法无论在成分还是其相对含量均存在一定的差异。结论顶空加热提取挥发性成分的方法,操作简单,是分析薄荷中挥发性成分较为理想的方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the chemical components and their relative contends of volatile components extracted from Mentha haplocalyx Briq. by the methods of SD and HS.Methods Extracted volatile components from Mentha haplocalyx Briq. by the methods of SD and HS,then analysis of volatile components by GC-MS.Results The chemical components and their relative contends of volatile components extracted by the above two methods were different.Conclusion HS is a good method for the extraction of volatile components from Mentha haplocalyx Briq.
