摘    要:目的:了解医学生考试焦虑状况.方法:采用1983年Zung SAS量表于考试前3周和考试前1 d随机抽查二年级学生100名进行调查.结果:男女生间出现考试焦虑状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),考试前和平时焦虑状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),不同成绩分数段学生出现考试焦虑状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论:加强对学生有关学习方法及心理健康的教育.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate anxiety state caused by examination among medical students.Methods:100 medical students were drawn randomly as sample and Zung SAS anxiety scale was used for the evaluation.Results:The anxiety state showed no difference between male and female students(P>0.05),but that before and after the final examination was significant different(P<0.001).Students with different examination results presented remarkably different anxiety state(P<0.001).Conclusion:Studying methods and psychological education should be provided to medical students to promote their psychosomatic health.
