脑血管对大分子物质通透性增加在脑水肿形成中的作用

摘    要:采用由大鼠一侧颈总动脉注入自由基主成系统,观察脑血管对血浆大分子物质通透性及脑水肿的关系,结果表明:通透性的增加先于脑水肿的形成。提示脑血管对大分子物质通透性的增加参与脑水肿的形成。

Abstract:Injection of free radical generation system into rats common caro-tid arteries. Changing the cerebrovascular permeability to Evan's blue thedevelopment of brain edema was observed.The results showed that thechanges of permeability were pervious to the development of brainedema. It is suggested that the changes of the permeability play an impor-tant role in the development of brain edema.
