| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨即凝血栓制备家兔肺栓塞模型的可行性和特性。方法:栓塞组自颈静脉注入自体小血凝块建立家兔急性肺栓塞模型,对照组注入生理盐水。结果:栓塞组肺组织出现点、片状出血,肺动脉内可见血栓。结论:①用即凝自体血栓制备家兔急性肺栓塞模型方便、简易、实用性强。②肺内血栓机化最早从栓塞后5 d开始。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the method of preparing thromboembolus by exploiting self blood clots during short period;Methods: Models of PE were set up by injecting auto-blood clots into femoral vein in PE group and injecting normal saline in control group.Results: Petechial and patchy hemorrhehages were observed on the surfaces of embolic lungs.The injected blood clots could be found by microscope.Conclusion: First,it is practical and simple to prepare thromboembolus by exploiting self blood clots during short period,second,the thrombus organization in this model of PTE appears at the fifth day. |
