| 摘 要： | 目的:总结成批烧伤患者的救治经验及组织管理措施,提高抢救成功率.方法:由护理部统一指挥,统筹安排,建立快速有效地应急护理管理机制.结果:10批80例患者抢救成功率为93.75%.结论:科学有效地护理组织与管理,是提高成批烧伤患者抢救成功率的重要保证.

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experiences of treatment and nursing management of burn Injury in group so as to improve the success rate of rescue. Methods ： A rapid and effective nursing emergency management system was established under the unified command and very effective coordination of Department of Nursing Management. Results： Success rate of rescue of 80 cases （ 10 groups） reached to 93.75%. Conclusion： It is a key guarantee to improve the success rate of rescue of burn injury in group to provide scientific and effective management of nursing. |
