| 摘 要： | 目的了解泰安市人群代谢综合征（MS）的现状及流行病学特点。方法采用国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）和中华医学会糖尿病学会（CDS）MS诊断标准，统计了泰安市6583名健康查体人群MS患病率。结果按照IDF和CDS标准，统计男性、女性和总MS患病率分别为15.23%、12.33%、14.02%；15.97%、11.46%、14.14%。两者比较无显著性差异。年龄高峰分别发生于大于75岁和65-74年龄段。结论泰安市代谢综合征患病率处于高水平，应引起高度重视，加强监控和防治。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the characteristics of metabolic syndrome （MS） among population of Taian City. Methods ： A total of 6583 participants were enrolled in the study by using the definition of MS proposed by the International Diabetes Federation （IDF）, and Chinese Diabetes Society （CDS）. Results： The prevalence of MS in men, women and the average were 15.23%, 12.33% and 14.02% respectively by IDF criteria, 15.97%, 11.46% and 14.14% respectively by CDS criteria. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The age of peak was respectively above 75 years old and 65-74 years old. Conclusion： The prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） is high in Taian, and great attention should be paid to the prevention and control. |
