老年人药物不良反应及中药的合理使用调查分析

目的了解我院老年人药物不良反应及中药的合理使用情况。方法选择肥乡县医院2011年1月—2012年1月间收治的因不当使用药品所致的不良反应的200例老年患者临床资料,分析其发生程度分级及转归、给药途径及主要诱发药物、不良反应涉及的器官及系统分类情况、不良反应的发生因素。结果不良反应涉及的药物剂型主要为注射剂;主要诱发药物有刺五加、鱼腥草、人参、丹参、银杏,共诱发105例,占52.5%;不良反应对人体的损害涉及全身各器官及系统,累及最多的是皮肤及其附件的损害。结论中药制剂容易发生不良反应,应引起临床医生高度重视,及时认真做好其预防和监测工作,提高临床用药安全性。

Investigation and Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions and The Rational Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Olders

Objective To understand the adverse drug reactions and the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine for olders. Methods The elderly patients from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital caused by drug adverse reaction because of the improper use were selected, SPSS 15.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the occurrence degree classification and outcome, route of administration and main induced drugs, adverse reactions involved in the classification of the organ/system, occurrence factors, respectively. Results Adverse reactions involved in the drug dosage form were mainly for injection. The main induced drug had thorns five plus, heartleaf houttuynia herb, ginseng, salvia miltiorrhiza, ginkgo biloba, total induced in 105 cases, which was accounted for 52. 5% ; Adverse reactions to the human body damage involved the whole body each organ/system, the most was the skin and its accessories damage. Conclusion Chinese medicine preparation is easy to occur the adverse reaction, which should be pay high attention to it for clinical doctors, and conscientiously do the prevention and monitoring work, improve the clinical medication safety.
