摘    要:目的探讨就不能通过新生儿听力筛查的相关危险因素。方法选择该院2010年1月—2012年1月所收治的7072例新生儿作为研究对象,利用耳声发射分析仪(OAE)来对新生儿进行听力筛查,并对其相关危险因素进行分析。结果在初次筛选的过程中,通过人数有5698例,通过率为80.57%,复筛的839例患者中通过人数有772例,通过率为92.01%,Logistic回归分析的结果显示,导致新生儿不能通过听力筛查的主要危险因素有先兆流产、先天性耳廓、外耳道畸形、高胆红素血症。结论在对新生儿进行听力筛查的过程中,OAE可以将伴有先兆流产、先天性耳廓、外耳道畸形、高胆红素血症的患儿筛查出来,在临床中值得大力推广并普及使用。

Abstract:Objective Discussed can not be risk factors associated with newborn hearing screening. Methods our hospital in January 2010-2012 in January 7072 cases of newborns were treated as the research object, otoacoustic emissions the analyzer(OAE) to newborn hearing screening, and its related risk factors analysis. Results In the initial screening process, by the number of 5698 cases, the pass rate of 80.57%, rescreening of 839 patients by the number of 772 cases, the pass rate of 92.01%, the results of the logistic regression analysis, resulting in neonatal can not be a major risk factor for hearing screening threatened abortion, congenital ear deformity external auditory canal, hyperbilirubinemia. Conclusion In the process of newborn hearing screening, OAE can be associated with threatened abortion, congenital malformations, ear, external auditory canal in children with hyperbilirubinemia screening, clinical worth promoting universal access.
