“以三级管理模式为载体”—多层次、多渠道开展中医药院校医学生后期管理模式

针对目前国内中医药院校大部分实行院系合一,即临床医学专业的学生在大一至大三由基础学院进行管理,大四、大五两年进入临床学院,由临床系(学院)进行教学及学生工作管理。学生进入临床学院后存在在校时间短;实习后:实习基地较为分散,毕业实习管理存在的多部门管理及带来交流和管理上的不便,导致产生了学生思政教育难、就业指导难、技能培训难等一系列问题。对此,对高年级医学生实施多层次、多渠道分段式三级管理,效果显著。

Three-level Management Mode-A Multi-level and Multi-channel Management Mode of Senior Medical Students in College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

At present,most colleges of traditional Chinese medicine implement the management mode of integrated hospital and college：Clinical medicine majors from the first year to third year at college are supervised by School of Basic Medical Sciences,and they are taught and supervised by School of Clinical Medicine from the fourth year to fifth year at college.But a series of problems such as difficulties in ideological and political education,employment guidance and skills training are caused by the time for medical students in School of Clinical Medicine is short,practical bases of them are dispersed and inconvenience of communication and management brought by multiple management of graduation practice.In view of the above problems,Three-level Management Mode,a multi-level and multi-channel management mode,can effectively supervise senior medical students in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine.
