| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究甲状腺全切术(TT)治疗甲状腺癌的临床情况。方法选取该院收治的甲状腺癌患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取甲状腺全切术治疗,对照组采取传统甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率84%,观察组总有效率与对照组总有效率比较,有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌患者采取甲状腺全切术可以有效提高治愈率,减少并发症的出现,减少死亡率,更加安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the study of total thyroidectomy（TT） the clinical situation and treatment of thyroid cancer. Methods 100 patients with thyroid cancer admitted in our hospital patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group adopt total thyroidectomy for the treatment, control group using traditional thyroidectomy treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and safety. Results The total effective rate in the observation group 94%, control group the total effective rate was 84%, total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer patients can effectively improve the cure rate, reduce complications, reduce mortality, more safe and effective. |
