尿路感染常见病原菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 分析尿路感染致病的常见病原菌分布以及耐药性情况.方法 采集2007年2月-2013年2月广元市中心医院收治的436例尿路感染住院患者的尿液,提取312株分离菌株进行临床检测,分别对主要致病病原菌种,以及对常见抗菌素的敏感性情况统计和比较分析.结果 大肠埃希菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌以及肠球菌所占比率相对较高;大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、万古霉素、头孢他啶、呋喃妥因及阿米卡星敏感性相对较高;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对万古霉素与呋喃妥因敏感性相对较高;肠球菌对万古霉素敏感性相对较高;以上比较均均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在对尿路感染治疗时,应在检测并确定主要致病病原菌种的基础上,合理选用敏感性较高的抗菌药物,以提高临床疗效.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance analysis of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection. Methods Choosed 436 urinary tract infection patients' urine from Feb. 2007 to Feb. 2013 to extract 312 pathogenic bacteria to detect main pathogenic strains and drug resistance. Results E. Coli, coagulase negative staphylococcus and en- terococeus proportion is relatively higher. E. coli to imine pei south vaneomycin cephalosporin which he totally with nitrofuran- toin and amikacin sensitivity is relatively high. Coagulase negative staphylococcus was sensitive to vancomycin and macrodantin. Enterococcus was relatively high susceptibility to vaneomycin. Conclusion When treating urinary tract infection, we should confirm pathogenic bacteria first to choose antibiotic rationally to improve effect.
