卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎58例临床疗效观察

目的探讨研究卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效及复发率。方法回顾性分析该院皮肤科确诊神经性皮炎患者116例,随机分为研究组和对照组各58例,研究组患者采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏涂擦患处。对照组患者使用单一卡泊三醇软膏涂擦患处。治疗周期为4周。随访12个月。随访患者皮损治疗情况及复发率。结果经4周规范治疗后,对比两组患者瘙痒程度,研究组患者中度以下占93.10%,对照组占77.59%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=16.48,P<0.05)。研究组中度以下浸润范围占93.10%,对照组占53.45%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=32.17,P<0.05)。皮损面积研究组10cm2以下占89.65%,对照组占63.79%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.73,P<0.05)。经过8个月的跟踪访问,研究组复发率为3.45%[2]。对照组患者复发率为12.07%(7),两组复发率差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.48,P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为94.83%,对照组为75.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.16,P<0.05)。结论卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎皮损修复能力好,复发率较低,不良反应少。

The Efficacy of Calcipotriol Ointment Combined with Butyl flufenamate Ointment in the Treatment of 58 Cases of Patients with Neurodermatitis

Objective To study the efficacy and recurrence rate of calcipotriol ointment combined with butyl flufenamate ointment in treating neurodermatitis.Methods 116 cases of patients with neurodermatitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group with 58 cases in each.The research group was given calcipotriol ointment and butyl flufenamate ointment to embrocate the affected part,while the control group was given calcipotriol ointment only.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.All the patients were followed up for 12 months.The efficacy and the recurrence rate of the patients were observed.Results In the matter of itching degree,the number of patients under moderate took up 94.83% in the research group,while 77.59% in the control group.The difference had statistical significance（χ^2=16.48,P〈0.05）.As for the infiltrating range,the number under moderate took up 93.10% in the research group,while that of the control group was 53.45%.The difference had statistical significance（χ^2=15.73,P〈0.05）.The number of lesion area below 10 cm2 of the research group was 89.65%,while that of the control group was 63.79%,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=15.73,P〈0.05）.After 12-months follow-up,the recurrence rate of the research group was 3.45%,while that of control group was 12.07%.The difference had statistical significance（χ^2=16.48,P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the research group was 94.83%,while that of control group was 75.86%.The difference had statistical significance（χ^2=24.16,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Calcipotriol ointment combined with Butyl flufenamate ointment has good skin repair capacity in the treatment of neurodermatitis,and its recurrence rate is low with less adverse reaction.
