| Abstract: | Fluorimetric assay was applied to the determination of histamine concentration in serum from 30 children with asthmatic broncholitis due to RSV.Acute and convalescent phase were 75.1 ng/ml and 34.8ng/ml respectively(normal control 30.5ng/ml).It suggested that administration of antihistamines to children with asthmatic broncholitisdue to RSV is of great significance in cutting off the vicious circle and alleviatingpatient's condition.Fluorimetric assay for the determination of sera histamine mayserve as a reference index of amtihistamines. |
