| 摘 要： | 医院重组或医院集团化发展是当前城市医院改革发展的方向。现有医院集团的组合方式多见于加法模式。作者在乘法思维的指导下试图构建一种由单一医院内部成长壮大，发展为超大型医学中心的新型医院集团模式；并对这种超大型医学中心的概念、可行性、发展步骤、蓝图、意义进行理论上的探讨。

| Abstract: | Currently restructure of hospital and development of hospital collectivization are the tendency of urban hospital reform. Addition model is the most common way of combination among present hospital groups. The author of this article try to conceive a new hospital group model, which mainly depend on one single hospital' s inner growth to form super-medical-center, and give a theoretical discussion on the definition, feasibility, developing process, blueprint, and significance of the super-medical-center. |
