| 摘 要： | 目的：将肝靶向基团半乳糖基引入到壳聚糖的结构中，制备N-乳糖酰化壳聚糖。方法：以天然聚合物壳聚糖为原料，在其2-NH2引入乳糖酸，制得酰化产物，用FTIR、^13CNMR,^1HNMR时其进行表征。用粉末X衍射、DSC、TG对其物理性质进行分析。结果与结论：制得了新型的取代度为20%的N-取代的乳糖酰化壳聚糖载体。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To prepare galactosylated chitosan as hepatocyte-targeting carrier. METHOD: By using galactosylated group introduced into the amino group of chitosan,galactosylated chitosan was synthesized. The chemical structure of galactosylated chitosan was characterized by FTIR, 1 HNMR and 13 CNMR. Some of physical properties were measured by WAXD and DSC. RERULTS AND CONCLUSION: Novel galactosylated chitosan was synthesized with the degree of substitution of 20%. |
