论脂浊致病

传统医家一直把脂浊归入痰浊的范畴。但痰的广义甚广,随着疾病谱的改变诸如高脂蛋白血症、冠状动脉粥样硬化等代谢性疾病的增加,用痰浊理论去分析脂浊相关病证,往往显得能力不足,科学性不强,从而直接影响临床疗效的提高。以广义的痰浊理论去研究脂浊病证显得过于宽泛和笼统,因此把脂浊作为独立的致病因素来研究显得必要和迫切。文章正是依据这个需要,把脂浊的概念从痰浊大概念中剥离出来,辨证看待二者关系,并从脂浊形成的原因、性质和致病特点、脂浊致病与脏腑的关系进行全面分析,以及提出脂浊致病的辨证施治在现代生活水平日益提高的今天,脂浊致病的提出对于丰富中医病因学说、防治高脂蛋白血症、糖尿病、动脉硬化等现代病证,提高人们生活质量具有重要的现实意义。

Diseases due to Lipid Turbidity

Lipid turbidity has been considered to be part of phlegm turbidity.However,the meaning of phlegm turbidity is very extensive.As the spectrum of diseases change,there are more and more metabolic diseases such as hyperlipemia,coronary arteriosclerosi.It is unable to explain accurately with the theory of phlegm turbidity to analyze the diseases due to lipid turbidity.And this theory also affects the development of clinical practice.It is too extensive to use the theory of phlegm turbidity to make researches on diseases due to lipid turidity.Therefore,it is indispensable to make lipid turbidity independently in the Etiology of TCM.In this paper,we suggest to separate lipid turbidity from the category of phlegm turbidity and discuss the relation between lipid turbidity and phlegm turbidity.Analyze the formation,the feature of lipid turbidity,and the relation between viscera and lipid turbidity,and try to treat diseases according to correct differentiation.For the research on lipid turbidity,it is very significant because the Etiology of TCM will then be affluent and this theory can prevent and treat some modern diseases such as hyperlipemia,diabetes,coronary arteriosclerosis.Therefore,the level of People's life will be improved.
