肺癌中医辨证分型的文献分析

目的:探求肺癌临床中医证型构成及分布的客观规律。方法:对1997-2007年国内公开报道的有关肺癌中医辨证分型的文献进行统计分析,运用χ2检验对总结出的8组病例数据进行南北比较。结果:气阴两虚、阴虚内热、脾虚痰湿、气血瘀滞、气虚为肺癌临床常见证型,南北地区分型情况基本一致,但具体病例数有一定差异。结论:肺癌病例的统计结果对确定该病临床辨证分型,制定统一的单病种诊疗规范有重要意义。

TCM Typing According to Syndrome Differentiation of Lung Cancer Literature Analysis

Objective:To explore the objective law in TCM about Lung Cancer's struction and distribution.Methods:A number of literatures which were public home reported from 1997 to 2007 had been analysed,and 8 groups of date summarized are compared by chi square test between north and south.Results:Common syndromes of Lung Cancer are as follows: deficiency of qi and yin,fever due to deficiency of yin,phlegm and dampness due to spleen insufficiency,qi-stagnation and blood stasis,qi-deficiency.The Term's circumstance of south and north regions is consistently basic,but the number in concrete case has certain difference.Conclusion:The statistical result has great significance to confirm the term of Lung Cancer and to make a uniform diagnosis and treat criterion of single disease sort.
