复方丹参气雾剂合用硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效

评价复方丹参气雾剂合用硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：将９０例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为３组：Ａ组３０例给予复方丹参气雾剂；Ｂ组３０例给予复方丹参气雾剂，另加硝酸甘油静滴；Ｃ组单用硝酸甘油静滴。观察治疗前后３组疗效（心电图和症状），并观察Ａ、Ｂ组血液流变学改变，Ｂ，Ｃ组硝酸甘油用量。结果：Ａ组症状及心电图总有效率分别为７６．７％和４６．７％；Ｃ组症状及心电图总有效率分别为７３．３％和４３．３％

Curativeeffect of composite salvia miltiorrhiza bunge complex aerosol on ische mic angina pectoris

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of composite salvia miltiorrhiza bunge complex aerosol (SMBC) on ischemic angina pectoris.Methods:90 cases with ischemic angina pectoris were randomly divided into three groups,the patients of group A were administered SMBC;the patients of group B were administered the mentioned SMBC and nitroglycerin;the patients of group C were administered nitroglycerin.The curative effect (ECG and symptom) of three groups was contrasted and observed before and after treatment;the alteration of hemorrheology of group A and group B,and the dosage of nitroglycerin of group B and group C were observed.Results:The total effective rate of symptom(76 7% vs.73 3%) and ECG(46 7% vs.43 3%) in group A and group C were similiar (all P>0 05),the curative effects(96 7% and 60 0%,respectively) in group B significantly higher than group A and group C(all P<0 05).The alteration of hemorrheology of group A significantly more than group B (P<0 05 or P<0 01).The dosage of nitroglycerin in group B was markedly lower than group C(P<0 05).Conclusions:SMBC is an effective drug for ischemic angina pectoris.Combine with SMBC and nitroglycerin can enhance curative effect and decrease the dosage of nitroglycerin and can inhibit the deleterious effect of nitroglycerin.
