| 摘 要： | Alport综合征(AS)是一以基底膜(又称基膜)改变为特征、临床表现为进行性遗传性肾炎伴耳部及眼部损害的一种家族性遗传性疾病。本文综述了Alport综合征耳部损害的致病基因、临床表现、诊断及治疗,并对其发病机制作一分析。

| Abstract: | Alport syndrome was a familial and hereditary disease characterized by changes of basal membrane,of which the clinical manifestation is progressive heredity nephritis companyed by impairment of aural and ocular region.This article reviews impairment of aural region in Alport about its etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment as well as analyzes their corresponding pathogenesis. |
