| 摘 要： | 观察30例恶性淋巴瘤患者及20例正常对照的自然杀伤细胞(NK)活力。在未经治疗或治疗后病情仍进展的患者,其NK活力明显减低;治疗后获得完全缓解的患者,其NK活力与对照组无差异。NK活力与患者对治疗的反应相关,治疗反应好的可逐渐恢复,提示NK活力测定对监视淋巴瘤患者的病情和治疗反应有帮助。

| Abstract: | Natural killer activity was investigated in 30 patients with malignant lymphoma and in 20 healthy adults. The mean activity was significantly lower in untreated patients and. in patients in the active phase of the disease during treatment, as compared with the controls. There was a similar mean value of NK activity in patients in complete remission, as compared with normal subjects. NK activity correlated with the response to therapy. The results suggest that the study of NK function might offer a useful tool in following clinical course and the efficacy of therapy in patients with malignant lymphoma. |
