快杀灵对雄性小鼠生殖毒性的病理学观察

摘    要:[目的]探讨快杀灵的雄性生殖毒性.[方法]用不同总剂量(9.1、18.2、36.4 mg/kg)低浓度快杀灵给小鼠经口连续灌胃染毒10d,染毒后35 d处死小鼠取材,应用光镜和电镜技术对睾丸、附睾进行组织病理学观察.[结果]光镜观察:36.4mg/kg组曲细精管萎缩,生精细胞数量减少,排列紊乱.电镜观察可见,生精细胞线粒体肿胀,溶酶体增多;支持细胞线粒体扩张甚至空泡化,溶酶体增多,与生精细胞间的连接破坏,裂隙明显增宽.[结论]快杀灵具有明显的生殖毒性,睾丸是其作用的靶器官,靶细胞为生殖细胞和支持细胞.

Abstract:[ Objective ]To study male reproductive toxicity of Kuaishaling, a mixture of pesticides. [ Method ] The agent was administrated to mice at different dosages ( 9.1 mg/kg , 18.2 mg/kg and 36.4 mg/kg) by gavage once a day for successive ten days. The mice were sacrificed on the 35th day after treatment. The testis and epididymis were removed and observed pathomorphologically by light microscopy and electronic microscopy. [ Results ] Under light microscope, seminiferous tubules were atrophied and the number of spermatogenic cells decreased in 36.4 mg/kg group. Arrangement of spermatogenic cells were disordered. Under electronic microscope, in 36.4 mg/kg and 18.2 mg/kg groups of mice, the mitochondria of spermatogenic cells and Sertoli's cells were swellen. The lysosomes increased. The damage of mitochondria were more serious swellen with vacuolation and lysis .The linkages were destructed between spermatogenic cells and Sertoli's cells . The crevices were broadened. [ Conclusion ] Kuaishaling is harmful to male reproductive system . The testis is the target organ of Kuaishaling toxicity, and spermatogenic cells and Sertoli's cells are its target cells .
