儿童颈椎椎间盘钙化

目的：对9例儿童颈椎椎间盘钙化病例的临床表现、影像学表现、鉴别诊断及治疗进行讨论；方法：本组9例，男5例，女4例，年龄5—15岁，平均11．2岁。9例均为单发性颈椎椎间盘钙化，起病前1例有发热史，1例有外伤史。除1例无症状者偶然发现，其余患者临床表现均以颈部疼痛活动受限为主，均给予牵引等非手术治疗。结果：9例在治疗后2周--1个月内症状消失。随访2年以上，钙化影在3个月--3年内消失。结论：儿童颈椎椎间盘钙化症属自疗性疾病，预后良好，保守治疗有满意疗效。

Cervical Intervertebral Disc Calcification in Children

Objective: Nine cervical intervertebral disc calcifications were reviewed. The clinical features, roentgenographic clinic features, differential diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Method: Nine children with calcified cervical intervertebral disc were described. Five were boys and four were girls. The age at the time of diagnosis were 5 to 15 years, with mean age of 11.2 years. Of them, 1 had fever, 1 had history of trauma. All the children complained of neck pain and limited motion except one who was asymptomatic and identified by chance, and they were treated with conservative therapy. Result: Eight of nine children had symptoms which disappeared from two weeks to one month after treatment. Nine children had been followed over two years. The calcification disappeared from three months to three years. Conclusion: Cervical disc calcification in children is self-limited course with excellent prognosis. Conservative therapy will lead to satisfactory results.
