电针条口穴治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究

为比较电针条口穴与口服双氯酚酸钠缓释剂治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效、安全性。采用多分中心随机对照研究的方法,将各分中心的患者均分为2组,每组46例,治疗组采取电针健侧条口穴,对照组予口服双氯酚酸钠缓释片,6天为1个疗程。在治疗0、2、4、6天时按JOA肩关节疾患治疗成绩评定标准评分。结果显示,电针组治疗前后JOA评分平均升高21.02分,其中疼痛积分升高7.52分,功能积分升高2.13分,活动度积分升高9.66分。结论表明,电针条口穴是治疗肩关节周围炎的有效方法。尤其对肩关节活动度的改善,明显优于口服双氯酚酸钠缓释片。

THE TREATMENT OF SHOULDER PERIARTHRITIS BY ELECTRICAL ACUPUNCTURE IN TIAOKOU ST 38: A Clinical Study

The objective of the paper is to compare the therapeutic effects and safety of electrical acupuncture in Tiaokou ST 38 (EATK) and oral sustainedly-released Diclofenac Sodium (SRDS) on shoulder periarthritis. Using the multi-sub-central, random and comparative methods, the cases of each sub-center were divided into two groups: the treated and the control (46 cases each), which were treated for 6 days as one treatment course by EATK and by SRDS, respectively; the therapeutic effects were scored by the JOA results-evaluating standards for shoulder diseases on 0, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th day of the treatment. The results showed after the treatment, the ascent of JOA scores of the treated group averaged 21.04, including 7.52 of the painful integral ascent, 2.31 of the function integral ascent and 9.66 of the activity integral ascent, suggesting that EATK is an effective therapy for shoulder periarthritis, especially for the activity improvement of the shoulder, having an obvious advantage over SRDS.
