分娩过程中心理护理对产程影响的研究

目的:探讨在分娩过程中心理护理对产程的影响。方法:用SAS焦虑自评量表对120名产妇进行产前、产后问卷调查,设对照组对照观察以分析评价对产妇进行心理护理前后的情绪变化。结果:进行心理护理组产程的焦虑分值下降,同时产程缩短。母婴患病率下降,自身前后对照及与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇在临床分娩过程中进行心理护理,可减轻产妇的焦虑与恐惧,增进心理健康。

Effect of psychonursing on stages of labor

Objective: To study the effect of paychonursing on the stage of labor in delivery. Methods: The questionnaire was made to 120 maternities with SAS anxiety self-evaluating form antenataly and postnataly to analyze and evaluate the mood change of maternities comparing with the control group. Results: The score of anxiety on the stage of labor in the group applied psychonursing decreased and the stage of labor shortened. The sickness rate of maternity and infant declined. The significant difference was shown in the comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paychonursing on the stage of labor in delivery can relieve anxiety and fear and promote mental health.
