病例教学法在内科见习中的实践与探讨

摘    要:目的探讨以病例为中心的医学教学模式CBS(Case Based Study)教学模式在内科见习中的作用。方法以内科学各系统理论课内容为依据,根据教学大纲要求,拟订出内科各系统常见病疑难病例并编成书。学生在上课前独立思考并完成病例相关问题,通过讨论式教学对病例及作业进行分析,并通过问卷调查考核教学效果。结果病例教学法以小组讨论的方式进行,提高了学生的参与意识及学习积极性,进一步加强了学生理论联系实际分析问题、解决问题的能力,并且有助于学生在深刻掌握内科学知识的同时,学会利用网络资源搜索、摄取和分析所需知识。据调查显示,85%以上的学生认为此教学方法对建立正确的临床思维有积极作用。结论以病例为中心的教学模式把理论教学与临床教学结合起来,培养了学生独立思考的能力及学习的积极性,此法值得在临床见习中推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Case Based Study(CBS) on the probation of internal medicine.Methods We made an exploring try of Case based Study in extern of five-year system.Results The results showed that the students exhibited great enthusiasm to the CBS.Their abilities in solving clinical problems with theory were greatly increased,meanwhile,they learned how to catch useful materials from internet.Conclusions Application of Case Based Study to the probation of internal medicine will greatly motivate the students' study activity,the main advantages lie in strengthening the connection between theory and practice.Meanwhile,this teaching method can turn passive probation into active one.
