探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

目的：探讨采用中西医结合法对重症急性胰腺炎进行治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取该院在2013年9月—2015年9月期间收治的48例重症急性胰腺炎患者，随机分为两组，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗有效率为72.0%，明显高于对照组的30.4%，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为12.0%，明显低于对照组的43.5%(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合法对重症急性胰腺炎进行治疗具有较好的临床效果，可以明显降低病死率，值得在临床上推广使用。

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Combined Treatment of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 48 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, and the treat-ment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (72.0%vs 30.4%), and the difference between groups had statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05), the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(12.0% vs 43.5%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for severe acute pancreatitis is good, which can obviously reduce the case fatality rate, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
