浅析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

目的：研究和分析在治疗高血压合并冠心病上应用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氨氯地平药物治疗的下够哦和有效性。方法该研究对象为该院2013年10月-2015年10月收治的120例高血压合并冠心病患者，结合患者的办理住院手续的顺序随机将患者分为两组，对照组和观察组各60例，对照组给予单独氨氯地平治疗，观察组给予氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，分析两组血压及血脂各指标改善情况，对比两组的疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为95%，对照组为75%(P<0.05﹚；观察组SBP、DBP均明显优于对照组(P<0.05﹚；观察组TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C等血脂指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05﹚；观察组不良反应发生率为6.7%，对照组为21.7%(P<0.05﹚。结论在治疗高血压合并冠心病上采用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氨氯地平药物治疗的方式，具有明显的治疗效果，促进患者身体恢复，不良反应发生少，临床的推广应用价值很高。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Amlodipine and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To research and analyze the effect and effectiveness of the application of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of pa-tients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group were treated with mere amlodipine, the observation group were treated with amlodipine and atorvas-tatin calcium tablets, the improvements of various indicators including blood pressure and blood lipid of the two groups were analyzed, the curative effect and occurrence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effec-tive rate was 95% in the observation group and 75% in the control group (P<0.05﹚, the SBP and DBP in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, the blood lipid indicators such as TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group (P<0.05﹚, the incidence of adverse reaction was 6.7% in the observation group and 21.7% in the control group (P<0.05﹚. Conclusion Adopting atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease has an obvious treatment ef-fect and can promote the patient’s physical rehabilitation with few adverse reaction, which has a highly promotion and ap-plication value in clinic.
