探讨腹腔镜下穿孔修补术和开腹修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果

目的：对腹腔镜下穿孔修补术和开腹修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床效果进行探讨。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年10月收治的76例胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者，分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受腹腔镜修补术的治疗，对照组患者接受开腹修补术的治疗，对比临床效果。结果观察组患者住院时间、术后切口感染率等指标均显著优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组、对照组复发率分别为8.9%、10.53%，观察组并发症发生率分别为2.63%、28.95%，两组复发率差异无统计学意义，并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）。结论相较于开腹修补术，腹腔镜下修补术具有住院时间短、切口感染率低等优点，可有效降低患者并发症发生率。

Study on Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Perforation Repair Surgery and Open Repair Surgery in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Perforation

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic perforation repair surgery and open repair surgery in treatment of gastric ulcer perforation. Methods 76 cases of patients with gastric ulcer perforation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic repair surgery, the control group were treated with open repair surgery, and the clinical effects were compared. Results The indexes including length of stay and postoperative incision infection rate in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group and the differences were obvious, P<0.05, and there was an ob-vious difference in the recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group, (8.9% vs 10.53%), and there was an obvious difference in the incidence rate of complications between the observation group and the control group, (2.63% vs 28.95%), P<0.05. Conclusion Compared with the open repair surgery, the laparoscopic repair surgery has the advantages of short length of stay and low incision infection rate, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of compli-cations of patients.
