心电图变化与妊高征病情严重程度相关性分析

目的：心电图变化与妊高征病情严重程度相关性分析探讨。方法整群选取该院于2012年2月-2014年2月收治的72例分娩中出现妊高征症状患者和72例正常分娩孕妇分别作为实验组和对照组，对两组患者开展心电图检测工作，对其心电图变化结果加以记录和分析对比。结果两组孕妇的异常心电图构成情况中，实验组的窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐、室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、短P-R间期以及ST-T改变6项指标结果分别是37.50%、16.67%、9.72%、8.33%、25.00%以及9.72%，和对照组孕妇的异常心电图构成情况各项指标结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论分娩中出现妊高征症状患者的心电图异常情况发生率明显高于对照组的心电图异常发生率，尤其是随着产妇的妊高征病症加重，其心电图异常发生率明显上升，因此在临床中可以采用心电图异常情况发生率来预测妊高征病情的严重程度。

Correlation Analysis of Electrocardiogram Changes and Severity of Preg-nancy-Induced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To analyze and discuss the correlation of electrocardiogram changes and severity of pregnancy-in-duced hypertension syndrome. Methods 72 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in delivery treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the experimental group and 72 cases of wom-en with normal delivery treated in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, the work of electro-cardiogram detection for the two groups was carried out, and the electrocardiogram changes were recorded and analyzed and compared. Results The six indexes in the abnormal electrocardiogram composition including nodal tachycardia, sinus irreg-ularity, premature ventricualr contraction, ?premature atrial contraction, short P-R interval and ST-T change were respec-tively 37.50%, 16.67%, 9.72%, 8.33%, 25.00% and 9.72% in the experimental group, which were obviously different from those in the control group(P<0.05﹚, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The incidence of electrocar-diogram abnormal condition in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in delivery in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, especially with the worse of the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in patients, the incidences of their electrocardiogram abnormalities obviously improved, therefore, we can use the incidence of electrocardiogram abnormal condition to predict the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
